Karen C. Burgess moderates National Jury Summit and elected to national leadership of the American Board of Trial Advocates

At the ABOTA national board meeting in Nashville last week, Karen C. Burgess co-moderated a panel of judges and actual jurors at the National Jury Summit.

Additionally, California lawyer, Mark Robinson, nominated Karen C. Burgess to serve as treasurer of the national organization, and she was elected by the board of directors.

With a membership of 7,500 experienced attorneys, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in civil cases, ABOTA works to promote constitutional rights, in particular the Seventh Amendment right to trial by jury.
